With the KRUU App, the best moments from your celebration stay in one place. Easily discover, download, like, and comment on your photos in a shared gallery. The pictures from your KRUU Photo Booth are also automatically transferred to the app after your approval. New: With the Audio Guestbook, you can listen to your guests’ voicemails again at any time. This way, not only pictures stay with you, but also personal words, lovely wishes, and funny messages.

This app could've been a simple website but instead you force an app and an account on users (and before you get out that argument: No, it's not for safety or privacy, because the accounts do not get verified and everybody with the code can see all the pictures from an event, the account doesn't make this any more secure). Seems like a way to just get some App downloads and maybe some data out of already paying customers

Requiring an app, location, and the download via local wifi rather than a persistent server is just unnecessary and obtuse. Too many steps for a rushed situation, where everyone is rushing to take pictures. Whoever approved this user flow? Cannot recommend, there are simpler and better alternatives.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand the process can feel too complicated during a busy event. The local connection is used because photos are transferred directly from the photo booth, but we agree the flow could be even simpler. We’ll share this with our team.

The photo booth made me download this app to download the pictures for the one time I used it. Immediately uninstalled. I think it crashed my phone because the whole phone rebooted while downloading the picture.

Thank you for your feedback. Photos are stored locally on the photo booth during the event, so the KRUU App is used to connect directly to the booth and transfer the selected photo to your phone. However, your phone restarting during the download should not happen, and we’re sorry you experienced this. We’ll pass this issue on to our team.
